慢性心力衰竭治疗选用芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药方案对BNP水平及心功能的影响

Effects of Qiliqiangxin Capsule Combined with Conventional Western Medicine on BNP Level and Cardiac Function for Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(简称慢性心衰)患者临床治疗中选用芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药方案的效果及作用。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月在诊治的188例慢性心衰患者经随机数字表法进行分组。参照组患者94例,行常规西药治疗,研究组患者94例,行常规西药+芪苈强心胶囊治疗,治疗时间为3个月。观察患者BNP及其他指标、心功能改善情况和临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后研究组患者BNP、Gal-3、Hcy水平均低于治疗前,且低于参照组,HO-1水平高于治疗前,且高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者LVEF显著高于治疗前,且高于参照组,LVEDV、LVESV及LVMI均低于治疗前,且低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组临床总有效率分别为80.85%、95.74%,研究组显著高于参照组(P<0.05);两组相关药物不良反应总发生率分别为26.60%、21.28%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规西药联合芪苈强心胶囊方案用于慢性心衰患者治疗,可提高BNP及其他实验室指标的调节效果,促进患者心功能更好改善,有助于提高临床总体疗效,且用药安全性良好。

Objective To explore the effect and effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with conventional western medicine on chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 188 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed and treated from January 2020 to December 2022 were grouped by random number table method.94 cases in the reference group were treated with conventional western medicine,while 94 cases in the study group were treated with conventional western medicine+Qiliqiangxin capsule for 3 months.BNP and other indexes,improvement of cardiac function,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of BNP,Gal-3 and Hcy in the study group were lower than before treatment and lower than that in the reference group,and the level of HO-1 was higher than before treatment and higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);After treatment,LVEF in study group was significantly higher than before treatment,and higher than that in reference group,LVEDV,LVESV and LVMI were lower than before treatment,and lower than that in reference group(P<0.05);After treatment,the total clinical effective rates of the two groups were 80.85%and 95.74%,respectively,which were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of related adverse drug reactions was 26.60%and 21.28%,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional western medicine combined Qiliqiangxin capsule regimen for chronic heart failure patients,can improve the regulatory effect of BNP and other laboratory indicators,promote the better improvement of patients'cardiac function,contribute to improve the overall clinical efficacy,and the drug safety is good.
