内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗广基结直肠息肉的精准护理

Precise Nursing of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection(ESD)in the Treatment of Broad-based Colorectal Polyps

目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗广基结直肠息肉的精准护理效果。方法研究对象85例为接受ESD治疗的广基结直肠息肉患者,并以电脑随机法分为A组(n=40,予以常规护理)、B组(n=45,予以精准护理),分别给予常规护理及早期康复护理干预,并对护理效果进行了比较分析,研究起止时间为2019年1月至2022年6月。结果B组相较A组手术治疗的持续时间和术后胃肠道、肛门直肠功能恢复时间均更短,围手术期心理状况评估和术后并发症风险较小,患者评价较好,对比具有一定统计价值(P<0.05)。结论精准护理应用到广基结直肠息肉患者ESD的围手术期,有助于稳定患者心理状态,并加快手术进程及术后康复速度,同时确保手术治疗安全性,最终赢得患者的高度认可。

Objective To investigate the precise nursing effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)in the treatment of broad-based colorectal polyps.Methods Eighty-five patients with broad-based colorectal polyps who received ESD were randomly divided into two groups,group A(n=40,receiving routine care)and group B(n=45,receiving precision nursing),respectively.Routine nursing and early rehabilitation nursing intervention were conducted,and the nursing effect was compared and analyzed.The study period was from January 2019 to June 2022.Results Compared with group A,the duration of surgical treatment and postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal and anorectal functions were shorter in group B,the perioperative psychological status assessment and the risk of postoperative complications were lower,and the patient evaluation was better(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precision nursing to the perioperative period of ESD in patients with broad-based colorectal polyps can help stabilize the patient's psychological state,speed up the operation process and postoperative recovery speed,and ensure the safety of surgical treatment,which ultimately wins high recognition from patients.
