个性化护理对肺炎支原体患儿预后效果与不良反应的影响

Effect of Individualized Nursing on Prognosis and Adverse Reactions of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae

目的探讨个性化护理对肺炎支原体患儿预后效果与不良反应的影响。方法以本院为单位,在2019年3月至2020年3月间,选取肺炎支原体患儿90例,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组45例,对照组实施传统护理,观察组在此基础上,开展个性化护理干预,对比两组预后效果、症状改善时间,另比较两组不良反应发生情况、家属满意度。结果观察组总有效率(93.33%)与对照组(75.56%)相比,显著偏高(P<0.05)。观察组发热、肺部啰音、咳嗽、喘息消退时间相比对照组,均偏短(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(6.67%)较对照组(20.00%),明显偏低(P<0.05)。观察组家属对护理工作满意度(95.56%)与对照组(75.56%)相比,偏高(P<0.05)。结论针对肺炎支原体患儿,通过开展个性化护理干预,能加速症状消退,提高预后效果,减少不良反应发生,提高家属满意度,临床应用价值突出。

Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing on the prognosis and adverse reactions of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods Taking our hospital as a unit,from March 2019 to March 2020,90 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing care.On this basis,the observation group carried out individualized nursing intervention,compared the two groups'pre effect,symptom improvement time,and compared the occurrence of adverse reactions and family satisfaction of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.56%)(P<0.05).The regression time of fever,lung rale,cough and wheezing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group(95.56%)was higher than that in the control group(75.56%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae,individualized nursing intervention can accelerate the regression of symptoms,improve the prognosis,reduce adverse reactions,improve family satisfaction,and have outstanding clinical application value.
