面部功能锻炼同时按揉合谷穴治疗周围性面瘫的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Palsy by Facial Functional Exercise and Simultaneous Pressing and Rubbing Hegu Acupoint

目的 研究周围性面瘫应用面部功能锻炼同时按揉合谷穴治疗的效果。方法 随机选取2019年8月-2021年8月福建中医药大学附属三明市中西医结合医院收治的70例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,均行针灸与面部功能锻炼,对照组后按揉合谷穴,治疗组同时按揉合谷穴,对比两组疗效、面部残疾情况、面部功能及瞬目反射检测结果。结果 治疗组总有效率为94.28%高于对照组的82.86%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.258,P>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后1个月躯体功能评分(FDIP)、社会功能评分(FDIS)更高,H-B分级更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后1个月R1、R2水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 面部功能锻炼同时按揉合谷穴治疗周围性面瘫,可改善面部功能,提高疗效。

Objective To study the effect of applying facial functional exercise while pressing and rubbing Hegu acupoint for the treatment of peripheral facial palsy.Methods Seventy patients with peripheral facial palsy admitted to Sanming Integrated Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2021 were randomly selected and all performed acupuncture with facial functional exercise.The control group was followed by pressing and rubbing Hegu acupoint,and the treatment group simultaneous pressing and rubbing Hegu acupoint.The curative effect,the results of facial disability,facial function and transient reflex test of two groups were compured.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.28%,slightly higher than that of the control group(82.86%),and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.258,P>0.05).One month after treatment,compared with the control group,the physical function score(FDIP)and social function score(FDIS)of the treatment group were higher,and the H-B grade was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).R1 and R2 levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group one month after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Facial function exercise at the same time massage Hegu point treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,can improve facial function,improve the curative effect.
