宫腔镜冷刀技术治疗宫内疾病的可行性及优势的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Feasibility and Advantage of Hysteroscopic Cold Knife Technique in Treatment of Intrauterine Diseases

目的 分析宫腔镜冷刀技术治疗宫内疾病的可行性及优势,总结临床治疗经验。方法 随机选取莆田市第一医院2019年6月-2021年6月收治的需进行宫腔镜手术的90例患者,按照手术方式不同分为研究组与对照组各45例,研究组采用冷刀技术,对照组进行传统宫腔镜电切术,比较两组患者的手术结果。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、膨宫液用量以及膨宫液吸收量相对于对照组更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术一次成功率为95.56%高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.154,P=0.013);研究组的月经量恢复正常率高与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 宫腔镜冷刀技术治疗宫内疾病不但具有良好的手术成功率,而且可以有效降低不良并发症的发生率,具有可行性和较大优势。

Objective To analyze the feasibility and advantages of hysteroscopic cold knife technique in the treatment of intrauterine diseases,and summarize the clinical treatment experience.Methods A total of 90 patients who needed hysteroscopic surgery in Putian First Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were random selected.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The study group used cold knife technology,while the control group used under went traditional hysteroscopic resection.The surgical results of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,amount of uterine dilatation fluid and absorption of uterine dilatation fluid in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one operation in the study group was 95.56%higher than that in the control group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.154,P=0.013).The recovery rate of menstrual volume in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of intrauterine diseases by hysteroscopic cold knife technology not only has a good success rate of surgery,but also can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse complications,which is feasible and has great advantages.
