负载抗生素硫酸钙联合LCP内固定技术在胫骨开放性骨折患者中的应用研究

Application of Loaded Antibiotic Calcium Sulfate Combined with LCP Internal Fixation in Patients with Open Tibial Fracture

目的 分析负载抗生素硫酸钙联合锁定加压钢板(locking compression plate, LCP)内固定技术在胫骨开放性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 便利选择2020年1月-2021年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇七医院收治的需要进行开放性骨折治疗的80例患者为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为对照组(n=40),采取常规LCP内固定技术治疗,观察组(n=40),采取负载抗生素硫酸钙联合LCP内固定技术进行治疗。观察两组患者肢体功能评分(FMA)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、治疗总有效率、手术指标。结果 观察组患者肢体功能评分(FMA)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(62.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.624,P<0.001);观察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 给予胫骨开放性骨折患者负载抗生素硫酸钙联合LCP内固定技术治疗的疗效显著,患者术后恢复更快。

Objective To analyze the application effect of loaded antibiotic calcium sulfate combined with locking compression plate(LCP)internal fixation in patients with open tibial fracture,and to discuss its advantages and significance in improving clinical nursing.Methods 80 patients who need open fracture treatment from January 2020 to January 2021 who were admitted to the 907 Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China were conveniently selected as the study objects.By random number table method,forty cases in control group were treated with conventional LCP internal fixation technology,and forty cases in observation group were treated with loaded antibiotic calcium sulfate combined with LCP internal fixation technology.Limb function score(FMA),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,total effective rate,surgical indexes were observed in the two groups.Results The scores of limb function index(FMA)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in observation group were better than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the response rate was 95.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 62.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.624,P<0.001);the operation time,hospital stay and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Patients with open tibial fracture were treated with calcium sulfate antibiotics combined with LCP internal fixation technology,which showed significant curative effect and faster postoperative recovery.
