宣肺散结通窍汤联合针刺曲池透臂臑治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床效果

Xuanfei Sanjie Tongqiao Decoction Combined with Acupuncture Quchi Tongbi Decoction Treating Adenoid Hypertrophy in Children

目的分析宣肺散结通窍汤联合针刺曲池透臂臑治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床效果。方法随机选取2019年11月-2021年11月南平市第二医院接收的腺样体肥大患儿60例为研究对象,以抽签法分为对照组和研究组,对照组(30例)采用常规西医治疗,研究组(30例)采用宣肺散结通窍汤联合针刺曲池透臂臑治疗。观察两组治疗前、治疗1个月后中医症候积分、腺样体体积评分生活质量及治疗有效率情况。结果治疗后,两组鼻塞、张口呼吸、睡眠打鼾中医症候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组儿童OSAHS特异性生活质量调查量表(OSA-18)评分及腺样体体积积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组OSA-18评分及腺样体体积积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。结论应用宣肺散结通窍汤联合针刺曲池透臂臑治疗儿童腺样体肥大可有效提升患儿生活质量,减小腺样体体积,改善其中医症候,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xuanfei Sanjie Tongqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture of Quchi Tongbi in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods 60 children with adenoid hypertrophy received to Nanping Second Hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The lottery method was divided into the control group and the study group,the control group(30 cases)received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the study group(30 cases)received Xuanfei Sanjie Tongqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture Quchi Tongbi decoction.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,adenoid volume score,quality of life and effective rate were observed before and after 1 month of treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of nasal congestion,open mouth breathing and sleep snoring in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the OSAHS-specific Quality of life survey scale(OSA-18)score and adenoid volume integral between the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,OSA-18 score and adenoid volume score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xuanfei Sanjie Tongqiao Decoction combined with the acupuncture of Quchi Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy can effectively improve the quality of life,reduce the volume of adenoid,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
