利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析及对血糖情况的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Liraglutide Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Its Influence on Blood Glucose

目的 探讨分析2型糖尿病患者采用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗的效果及对血糖改善情况的作用。方法 随机选择2020年12月—2021年12月济宁市第三人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者200例,按照双随机的方式分为对照组(n=100,接受二甲双胍治疗)与观察组(n=100,接受利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗),比较两组临床效果。结果 观察组临床总体有效率高于对照组(97.00%vs 85.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.791,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c及BMI水平分别为(6.63±0.84)mmol/L、(8.59±1.33)mmol/L、(6.17±0.80)%、(21.26±2.11)kg/m^(2),低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.830、11.853、14.333、16.172,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组HOMA-IR水平为(1.87±0.22),低于对照组,HOMA-β水平为(43.62±4.27),高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.383、32.517,P<0.05)。两组患者用药期间不良反应发生率(14.00%vs 20.00%)对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.276,P>0.05)。结论 对2型糖尿病患者采用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍能有效提升患者的治疗效果,并可降低患者血糖水平和体质指数,改善胰岛功能,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on improving blood glucose.Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes randomly admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jining City from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into the control group(n=100,treated with metformin)and the observation group(n=100,treated with rilalutide combined with metformin),and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(97.00%vs 85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.791,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,and BMI in the observation group were(6.63±0.84)mmol/L,(8.59±1.33)mmol/L,(6.17±0.80)%,and(21.26±2.11)kg/m^(2),respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.830,11.853,14.333,16.172,P<0.05).After treatment,the HOMA-IR level in the observation group was(1.87±0.22),lower than that in the control group,while the HOMA-βlevel was(43.62±4.27),higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.383,32.517,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during medication(14.00%vs 20.00%)(χ^(2)=1.276,P>0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide combined with metformin can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with type 2 diabetes,reduce the blood glucose level and body mass index of patients,and improve the islet function without obvious adverse reactions.
