卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡贝缩宫素治疗对产后出血产妇PLT、APTT及PT水平的影响

Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Combined with Carbetocin Therapy on PLT,APTT and PT Levels in Women with Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的 分析在对产后出血产妇实施卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡贝缩宫素治疗的有效性及对产妇凝血指标[指血小板计数(PLT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及凝血酶原时间(PT)]的影响。方法 随机选取将2021年1—11月泰安市妇幼保健院产科收治的40例产后出血产妇作为研究对象,通过双盲分组法将其分成常规组与治疗组,每组20例。常规组实施单纯卡贝缩宫素治疗,治疗组实施卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡贝缩宫素治疗。对比两组产妇的治疗效果。结果 干预后,治疗组的产后24 h出血量、PLT、APTT及PT水平显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的治疗有效率(100.00%)相对于常规组(80.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率(10.00%vs 20.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.196,P>0.05)。结论 卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡贝缩宫素治疗产后出血的有效性较高,能很好地减少产妇产后出血量,降低凝血指标水平,促进产妇预后。

Objective To analyze the effect of treatment with carboprost tromethamine combined with carbetocin in women with postpartum hemorrhage and the effects on maternal coagulation indexes[referring to platelet count(PLT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)].Methods Randomly select 40 postpartum hemorrhage women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of theTai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to November 2021 were studied,and divide into the conventional group and the treatment group by a double-blind grouping method,with 20 cases in each group.the conventional group was treated with carbetocin alone,the treatment group was were treated with carboprost tromethamine combined with carbetocin.The difference in the treatment effect between the two groups was compared.Results The 24-h postpartum bleeding,PLT,APTT and PT levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the therapeutic efficiency after treatment(100.00%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the conventional group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups(10.00%vs 20.00%),the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.196,P>0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of carboprost tromethamine combined with carbetocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is high,which can well reduce maternal postpartum hemorrhage,lower the level of coagulation index,promote maternal prognosis.
