基于可视化分析方法透视GLP-1受体激动剂研究热点及发展趋势

摘要 目的 为直观地呈现胰高血糖素样肽1受体激动剂(glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonists,GLP-1RAs)在国内外研究的热点和趋势,对近年来GLP-1RAs的研究进展进行可视化分析。方法 检索Web of Science核心数据库2011年至2021年GLP-1RAs的相关文献,使用CiteSpace软件进行数据转换,并对纳入文献进行发文量分析、合作网络分析、关键词共现/聚类/突发性检测分析、共被引文献聚类分析。结果 共纳入7 430篇文献,结果显示,该领域发文量持续增加,前25位关键词和5个显著聚类显示出研究热点,时间线图直观呈现出热点演进过程。结论 目前的研究侧重于心血管保护作用的临床研究,近年新文献的发表提示GLP-1RAs改善阿尔兹海默病的神经保护作用可能会成为未来的研究热点。 Objective:GLP-1 receptor agonists(GLP-1RAs)are widely used as hypoglycemic drugs for type 2 diabetes patients.In order to present the hot spots and trends of the domestic and foreign researches on GLP-1RAs visually,the research progress of GLP-1RAs in recent years is to be analyzed by using CiteSpace visualization software.Method:The references related to GLP-1RAs from 2011 to 2021 were retrieved from the Web of Science core collection,the data were converted by CiteSpace software.The number of articles,cooperative network analysis,keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergent detection analysis and co-cited cluster analysis were carried out.Results:A total of 7430 papers were included,and the results showed that the number of papers in this field continued to increase.The top 25 keywords and 5 significant clusters showed the hot spots,the time chart showed the evolution process of hot spots intuitively.Conclusion:The current research focuses on the clinical study of cardiovascular protection,and the recent publication of new literature suggests that the neuroprotective effect of GLP-1RAs on Alzheimer's disease may become a hot spot in the future.
