手术结合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Surgery Combined with Drugs in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的 探讨对子宫内膜异位症患者采用手术结合药物治疗后获得的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2017年1月—2021年2月莆田市第一医院收治的1 676例子宫内膜异位症患者进行治疗研究,随机分为常规组(腹腔镜手术方法治疗)和研究组(腹腔镜手术结合药物方法治疗),每组838例。比较两组患者治疗效果、住院时间及治疗满意度评分。结果 研究组治疗总缓解率(98.21%)高于常规组(93.44%),复发率(2.98%)明显低于常规组(7.16%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.853、15.182,P<0.05);研究组平均住院时间(3.28±0.28)d短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项治疗满意度评分中诊治态度(90.22±5.23)分、治疗针对性(91.35±4.19)分、治疗技术(90.66±3.15)分、治疗效果(91.49±5.29)分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 有效应用腹腔镜手术结合药物方法,可显著提升患者治疗效果,缩短患者住院时间,提高治疗满意度及患者总体预后水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effects obtained after completing treatment with surgery combined with drugs for patients with endometriosis.Methods Retrospective selection of 1676 patients with endometriosis admitted to Putian First Hospital from January 2017 to February 2021 were selected for treatment study and randomly divided into conventional group(treated by laparoscopic surgical method)and study group(treated by laparoscopic surgery combined with drug method),838 cases in each group.The treatment results,length of stay and treatment satisfaction scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The overall remission rate of(98.21%)in the study group was higher than(93.44%)in the conventional group,and the recurrence rate of(2.98%)was significantly lower than(7.16%)in the conventional group,the differences was statistically significant(χ^(2)=23.853,15.182,P<0.05);the average hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that of the conventional group(3.28±0.28)d,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group in terms of attitude toward diagnosis and treatment(90.22±5.23)points,treatment targeting(91.35±4.19)points,treatment technique(90.66±3.15)points,and treatment effect(91.49±5.29)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of laparoscopic surgery combined with pharmacological methods can significantly improve the patient´s treatment effect,shorten the patient´s hospitalization time,and improve the treatment satisfaction and overall patient prognosis.
