胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术的手术方法安全性及临床效果分析

Analysis of the Safety and Clinical Effect of Thoracic Laparoscopy Combined with Radical Resection of Esophageal Cancer

目的 分析对食管癌患者采用胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术治疗时手术方法安全性及其临床应用效果。方法 方便选取2020年2月—2022年1月淮安市第五人民医院收治的57例食管癌患者为研究对象,并按照就诊时间分为研究组与参照组,其中参照组27例患者采用传统右开胸食管癌根治术,研究组30例患者采用胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术。比较两组患者手术安全性、治疗效果以及治疗后并发症的发生率。结果 研究组患者术中出血量、胸腔引流量、胃管引流量以均少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者排气时间与住院时间显著短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率(6.66%)显著低于参照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.489,P<0.05)。结论 在对食道癌患者治疗的过程中,通过采用胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术的治疗方式,手术方法的安全性也相对较高治疗效果优,同时还有效控制避免各种并发症形成,为其康复提供保障。

Objective To analyze the safety and clinical effect of thoracic laparoscopy combined with radical resection of esophageal cancer in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 57 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to Huai´an Fifth People´s Hospital from February 2020 to January 2022 were conveniently selected as the study subjects and divided into study group and reference group according to the time of treatment.Among them,27 patients in the reference group received traditional right thoracotomy radical resection of esophageal cancer,while 30 patients in the study group received intervention by thoracic laparoscopy combined with radical resection of esophageal cancer.The surgical safety,therapeutic effect and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,thoracic drainage volume and gastric tube drainage volume of the study group were all less than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the exhaust time and hospital stay of the study group were significantly shorter than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group(6.66%)was significantly lower than that in the study group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.489,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer,thoracic laparoscopy combined with radical resection of esophageal cancer has relatively high safety,and Excellent therapeutic effect.At the same time,various complications can be effectively controlled and avoided to provide guarantee for their rehabilitation.
