不同中药炮制方法对中药饮片临床有效率的影响

Effect of Different Processing Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces

目的 研究不同中药炮制方法对中药饮片临床有效率的影响。方法 随机选取2018年10月—2021年9月于厦门大学附属第一医院中药房服用中药饮片的共600例咽部异感症患者作为样本,按照所用中药的炮制方法分为对照组与观察组,每组300例。对照组患者所用药物采用水处理前分档炮制方法,观察组患者所用药物在水处理前分档炮制方法的基础上联用炮制前分档炮制方法。分析两组患者的单张处方所出现药味数情况、单张处方的总剂量情况、中药饮片临床使用频率情况、临床有效率以及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组单张处方所出现药味数情况、单张处方的总剂量情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药饮片临床使用频率情况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率0.30%低于对照组的3.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.730,P<0.05)。结论 联用水处理前分档炮制和炮制前分档炮制方法对中药饮片临床有效率的提高具有积极作用。

Objective To study on the effect of different traditional chinese medicine processing methods on the clinical efficacy of traditional chinese medicine slices.Methods A total of 600 patients with pharyngeal paraesthesia who took traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the pharmacy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 2018 to September 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the different processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine,with 300 cases in each group.The drugs used in the control group were processed by grading before water treatment,and the drugs used in the observation group were processed by grading before water treatment.The number of drugs in a single prescription,the total dose of a single prescription,the frequency of clinical use of Chinese herbal pieces,the clinical efficiency and the occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the number of drug flavors and the total dose of a single prescription between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the frequency of clinical use of Chinese herbal pieces(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0.30%lower than 3.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.730,P<0.05).Conclusion The processing methods of classification before combined water treatment and classification before processing have a positive effect on the improvement of clinical efficiency of TCM decoction pieces.
