药物通过调节神经递质治疗创伤后应激障碍的研究进展

Advances in drug therapy of post-traumatic stress disorder through modulating neurotransmitters

目的 总结药物通过调节多种神经递质治疗创伤后应激障碍(post-traumatic stress disorder,PTSD)的病理生理学及神经生物学机制。方法 通过Web of Science、PubMed、CNKI等数据库查阅相关文献,对药物通过调节神经递质治疗PTSD的研究进展进行梳理,并根据神经递质的类型对研究结果进行分类。结果 本研究回顾了药物通过调节多种神经递质治疗PTSD的病理生理学及神经生物学机制,对上市药物通过调节5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、大麻素及催产素等神经递质治疗PTSD的研究进展进行了总结。结论 本文为通过药物手段治疗PTSD的深入研究提供依据。

Objective To summarize the progress of drug therapy of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)through modulating neurotransmitters.Methods The studies from Web of Science,PubMed,CNKI and other databases were investigated,and the research progress of drugs in the treatment of PTSD by regulating neurotransmitters was summarized and classified by types of neurotransmitters.Results This paper reviewed the pathophysiological and neurobiological mechanisms of drugs regulating various neurotransmitters in the treatment of PTSD,and summarized the research progress of marketed drugs regulating neurotransmitters including 5-hydroxytryptamine,norepinephrine,glutamate,gamma-aminobutyric acid,cannabinoid and oxytocin for the treatment of PTSD.Conclusion This review provides evidences for further research in the treatment of PTSD through modulating neurotransmitters.
