典型框类零件的喷丸强化工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 为解决长期以来框类零件喷丸强化要求高、加工方法困难的问题,针对典型框类零件制定了新的喷丸强化加工方法。通过分析零件数模,将零件数模各部分外表面按类型进行编号并量化,不同类型的表面按照不同的角度、喷打次数进行喷丸;之后设计喷嘴进给路径,并结合局部表面保护,对设备、夹具和辅助工具和工艺辅料进行选择,结合加工程序,设计零件保护方案。通过工艺优化,零件全部表面均能满足在适合的角度下进行喷丸,表面覆盖率100%满足图纸要求,同时大幅度提高生产效率,为后续该类零件甚至类似零件的生产加工提供了可行且有效的参照。 To solve the long-standing problems of high requirements of shot peening and difficulty in processing methods for frame parts,a new shot peening processing method was formulated for the typical frame parts.By analyzing the digital model of part,the outer surface of each part in the digital model of part was numbered and quantified according to the type,and the surface of different types was shot peened according to different angles and shot peening times.Afterwards,the feeding path of nozzle was designed,and combined with local surface protection,the equipment,fixtures,auxiliary tools and process auxiliary materials were selected.Furthermore,combined with processing procedures,the part protection plan was designed.Through the optimization of process,the entire surface of part could be shot peened at a suitable angle,the surface coverage rate is 100%which meet the requirements of the drawing,and the production efficiency is greatly improved at the same time,which provide a feasible and effective reference for subsequent production and processing of such parts and even similar parts.
