摘要
采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)作为填缝材料的承插式装配桥墩连接技术具有施工方便、连接强度高、工期短等优势,在装配式桥梁建设中具有广阔的应用前景.以实际工程为背景,按照1:4的比例,制作UHPC承插式连接缩尺模型试件,进行单向荷载和反复荷载试验,与现浇试件进行对比.利用ABAQUS有限元软件,对模型试件进行数值仿真分析,将两组试件的破坏形态、荷载—位移曲线计算结果与试验结果进行比较,吻合较好.通过试验研究和有限元分析,验证了UHPC承插式连接节点承载力与抗震性能指标能达到整体现浇连接的效果.
The socket-type assembly pier connection technology using ultra-high-performance concrete(UHPC)as the caulking material has the advantages of convenient construction,high connection strength,and short construction period,which has broad application prospects in the construction of prefabricated bridges.The UHPC socket-type connection model specimen is made as 1:4 scale of the actual engineering member,and the unidirectional load and repeated load tests are carried out and compared with the cast-in-place specimen.The ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the model specimens,and the calculation results of the failure morphology and load-displacement curves of the two groups of specimens are compared with the testing results,which has good fitting relationship.Through experimental research and finite element analysis,it is verified that the bearing capacity and seismic performance index of UHPC socket-type connection node can achieve the effectiveness of overall cast-in-place connection.
