摘要
就移动式插座不规范使用开展移动式插座线路缠绕过载使用研究、液体滴入移动式插座研究以及插套插片接触不良研究,发现在移动式插座线路缠绕过载使用时,热量在缠绕弯曲处聚集,温度加速上升,且缠绕部分发热比非缠绕部分更快;滴入盐水、海水、雨水、自来水进行对比,发现滴入海水、盐水时产生的电火花都很剧烈;插片插套接触不良致使接触电阻加大,当电路导通时,电流绕过较大的接触电阻时瞬间产生空气中放电现象。
The study on the non-standard use of patch panels has been carried out,including the winding overload use of patch panels,the dripping of liquid into the patch panels and the poor contact of plug-in sleeves.It is found that when the patch panels are used in the winding overload,the heat accumulates at the winding bend,the temperature accelerates,and the heating of the winding part is faster than that of the non-winding part;Through the comparison of dripping brine,seawater,rainwater and tap water,it is found that the electric spark generated by dripping seawater and brine is very intense;The poor contact of the insert piece and sleeve leads to the increase of the contact resistance.When the circuit is conductive,the current will flow around the larger contact resistance and discharge in the air will occur instantaneously.
