“去理想化”:对西方国家高等教育国际化实践类型的再审视 被引量:1

“De-idealization”:A Re-examination of the Practice Types of Internationalization of Higher Education Among Western Countries

摘要 运用马克思。韦伯的“理想类型”方法论思想,以“国家—高校—个体”三大实践主体的功能性需求的实现为分析框架发现:西方国家高等教育国际化在国家层面是作为提升国家软实力的重要支点;在高校层面是作为建构学术话语能力和延揽商业利益的基本途径和功能导向;在个体层面则是深化跨文化理解和形塑个体全球胜任力的关键支撑。而面对全球化的新变局,西方高等教育I国际化实践将呈现出新样态,包括:西方高等教育模式将被进一步“去中心化”,传统范式向多元范式进一步转换,由“中心—边缘”格局转向形成多中心格局。 Based on Max Weber's"Ideal Type"methodology,and taking the realization of the functional needs of"country-university-individual",the three major practice subjects,as the analysis framework,this paper found that different functional needs make different practice types of internationalization of higher education(IHE)among western countries.Firstly,IHE is conducive to enhancing national soft power at the national level.Secondly,IHE serves as the basic approach and functional orientation for constructing academic discourse ability and attracting commercial interests at the university level.Thirdly,IHE plays an important role in deepening cross-cultural understanding and shaping individual global competence at the individual level.However,facing the new changes as to globalization,the practice of IHE among western countries will display new patterns,including that the western higher education model will be further"decentralized",the traditional paradigm will be further transformed into a pluralistic paradigm,and the"center-periphery"pattern will be turned to form a multi-center pattern.
