汉藏新闻翻译规范化模式初探

A Preliminary Study on the Standardization Mode of Chinese-Tibetan News Translation

汉藏新闻翻译在宣传党和国家的各项方针政策、舆论引导、服务社会等方面发挥着巨大的作用,具有及时传播价值、语言转换价值、社会效益价值、历史文献价值。尽管以往汉藏新闻翻译积累了丰富的实践经验,但是由于尚未形成系统的规范化模式,致使汉藏新闻翻译中出现许多问题,因此,加强汉藏新闻翻译工作的规范化建设,是一项十分迫切的工作。本文通过系统考察,认为必须通过建立规范的奖惩制度、设立专业的监督机构,开展汉藏新闻翻译专项培训,完善翻译工具功能等措施,进一步提高汉藏新闻翻译规范化。同时,针对汉藏新闻翻译中敬语翻译、音译方式、数字翻译等技巧性翻译的规范提出可行性的意见建议。

Chinese-Tibetan news translation plays a huge role in propagating the principles and policies of Party and the nation,guiding public opinion,and serving the society.It has the value of timely dissemination,language conversion,social benefit,and historical document values.Although there has been relatively rich practical experience and achievements in the translation of Chinese-Tibetan news in the past,there is still a certain gap with the standardized model.Therefore,based on the practical experience accumulated in the translation of Chinese-Tibetan news in the past,we should deepen the research on various problems existing in the current trend of standardization and many restrictive factors it faces,and construct a more reasonable theoretical basis and standardization model.Through systematic investigation,this paper proposes that the standardization of Chinese-Tibetan news translation can be further improved by establishing a standardized reward and punishment system,setting up a professional supervision organization,carrying out special training on Chinese-Tibetan news translation,and improving the functions of translation tools.At the same time,it puts forward feasible opinions and suggestions on the norms of skillful translation such as honorific translation,transliteration method,and digital translation in Chinese-Tibetan news translation.
