基于生理特性探讨女性饮食养生方法

Dietary Health Preservation Methods Based on Female Physiological Characteristics

藏医认为,女性由于特殊的生理特性,将诱发40种妇科疾病。本文运用文献研究的方法,全面收集藏医古籍中关于经期、孕期、产褥期和绝经期养生保健的相关理论和现代经期养生保健的相关研究成果,通过归纳分析和整理总结,概述了女性应掌握好四个特殊时期的事理,辨别藏医饮食的性质和六味理论,结合藏医三因学说探讨藏医养生保健在女性经期、孕期、产褥期和绝经期的疾病防治理念、基本原则和饮食养生的具体内容,为现代女性在养生保健和预防妇科疾病方面提供了理论指导。

It is well known that women's physical and mental health plays a vital role in improving the health of the whole human race.With the increasing number of researchers,in-depth research on Tibetan medical gynecology has made certain contributions to it.Tibetan medicine believes that human characteristics vary according to sex,and women with multiple uterine orifices and two breasts can cause 40 kinds of gynecological diseases.Based on the special physiological structure and characteristics of women,this article uses the method of literature research to comprehensively collect the relevant theories on menstrual period,pregnancy,puerperium and menopause health care in ancient Tibetan medicine books and the relevant research results of modern menstrual period health care.Through induction,analysis,sorting and summary,this paper summarizes that women should master the principles of four special periods,distinguish the nature of Tibetan medicine diet and the six flavor theory,and discuss the core concept,basic principles and specific content of diet regimen of Tibetan medicine in women's menstrual period,pregnancy,puerperium and menopause,combining the three cause theory of Tibetan medicine,which provides theoretical guidance for modern women in health care and prevention of gynecological diseases.
