回填土地质条件下预制管桩施工技术研究

摘要 软弱地基施工以锤击沉桩法为主,在施工期间很容易锤破桩头结构,并且锤击方向很容易出现偏移,施工质量难以控制。而预制管桩技术是一种针对软弱地基结构的先进施工手段,不仅能够防止出现锤击法作业弊端,还能够显著提升总体施工效率。基于此,以某地中心小学工程作为研究对象,分析了回填土地质条件下预制管桩施工技术,介绍了静压管桩施工主要流程,探究了静压管桩施工的优缺点,以期提升桩基工程的最终施工质量,完成工程建设任务。 The construction of soft foundation is mainly carried out by harmmering pile sinking method.During the con-struetion period,it is easy to break the pile bead structure by hammering,and the direction of hammering is prone to devi-ation,making it difficult to control the construction quality.Prefabricated pipe pile technology is an advanced construction method for weak foundation structures,which can not only prevent the drawbacks of hammering operation,but also sig-nificantly improve overall construction efficiency.Based on this,taking a central primary school project in a certain area as the research object,this paper analyzes the construction technology of prefabricated pipe piles under backfill geological conditions,introduces the main process of static pressure pipe pile construction,explores the advantages and disadvanta-ges of static pressure pipe pile construction,in order to improve the final construction quality of pile foundation engineer-ing and complete the engineering construction task.
