灌注桩后注浆施工技术在建筑工程施工中的应用研究

随着我国社会的飞速发展,建筑工程行业的施工技术不断地发展与革新,有利于提高施工质量、提升施工效率、降低施工成本。钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术能够有效避免桩出现沉降、泥沙以及泥皮,极大程度地提升桩基的承载力,这对现代建筑尤其是高层建筑极为关键。基于此,对灌注桩后注浆施工技术在建筑工程施工中的应用进行了分析,并提出了有效性建议。

With the rapid development of China s society,the construction technology in the construetion engineering in dustry continues to develop and innovate,which is extremely conducive to improving construction quality,improving con-struction efficieney.and reducing construction costs.The post grouting technology of bored pile can efectively avoid settlement,sediment,and mud skin of the pile,thereby greatly improving the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.This is crucial for modern buildings,especially bigh-rise buildings.Based on this,the application of post grouting construction technology for cast in place piles in construction engineering is analyzed,and effective suggestions are proposed.
