With the development of the times,China's housing construction projects and people's living standards have significantly improved.As one of the raw materials in building engineering construction,the quality and performance of concrete also directly affect the quality of engineering construction.Based on this,this paper expounds the technical char-acteristics of concrete construction in housing construction engineering,analyzes the factors affecting the quality manage-ment and control of concrete construction in housing construetion engineering,and proposes quality control strategies for concrete construction in housing construction engineering,with a view to improving the level of project quality manage-ment efficiency and creating more management value.
