The Key Link of Quality and Safety Supervision and Management of Construction Projects

目前,建设项目的质量已成为全社会关注的焦点,给施工单位带来了更多的实际要求。施工单位需要不断发现施工质量和安全管理中的缺陷,采取有针对性的措施,保证施工的正常进行。基于此,通过阐述了建筑工程安全监督管理的意义,分析了建筑工程质量安全管理现状,研究了建筑工程质量安全监督管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的有效措施,以期为同行提供借鉴。

At present,the quality of construction projects has become a focus of attention for the whole society,bringing more practical requirements to construction units.The construction unit needs to continuously identify defects in construc-tion quality and safety management,take targeted measures,and ensure the normal progress of construction.Based on this,the significance of construction project safety supervision and management was elaborated,the current sit uation of construction project quality and safety management was analyzed,the problems in construction project quality and safety supervision and management were studied,and corresponding efctive measures were proposed to provide reference for peers.
