The quality of construetion projects directly affects the safety issues of use,the return on investment,and the interests of various entities.Due to the frequent occurrence of quality and safety issues in construction projects,it has at-tracted widespread attention from all sectors of society.It is crucial to curb the problems in safety supervision and manage-ment and improve the quality and safety of safety supervision and management work.Based on this,this paper expounds the content and importance of quality and safety management of construction projects,deeply analyzes the problems exist-ing in the management work,and proposes corresponding solutions to provide reference for future related work.
