摘要
目的 探究盐酸羟考酮复合氟比洛芬酯对超声引导下老年男性患者行肝脏恶性肿瘤射频消融术术后的早期影响。方法 回顾性分析中国人民解放军总医院2019年8月至2021年7月选择超声引导下肝脏恶性肿瘤射频消融术老年男性患者共80例。麻醉诱导给予不同药物,分为盐酸羟考酮复合氟比洛芬酯组(Q组,n=40),枸橼酸舒芬太尼复合氟比洛芬酯组(S组,n=40),每组各40例。观察记录麻醉完全苏醒即刻(T1)、麻醉完全苏醒30 min(T2)、麻醉完全苏醒1 h(T3)、麻醉完全苏醒4 h(T4)、麻醉完全苏醒8 h(T5)患者的平均动脉压(MAP),心率(HR);应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS法)对上述时刻患者疼痛评分进行评价。结果 T1时,2组患者MAP、HR和疼痛评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T2、T3、T4、T5时2组患者MAP、HR组间比较,均为Q组<S组(P<0.05),VAS评分组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 盐酸羟考酮复合氟比洛芬酯较枸橼酸舒芬太尼复合氟比洛芬酯对行超声引导下肝脏恶性肿瘤射频消融术老年男性患者术后早期血流动力学的影响小,减少可能出现的心血管事件发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride combined with flurbiprofen on ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of liver tumors in elderly patients.Methods From August 2019 to July 2021,80 elderly patients undergoing ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of liver tumors were analyzed retrospectively.Anesthesia induction was given different drugs group of hydroxycodone hydrochloride combined with flurbiprofen group(group Q,n=40)and sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen group(group S,n=40).The mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)were observed and recorded immediately after operation(T1),30 minutes after operation(T2),l hour after operation(T3),4 hours after operation(T4)and 8 hours after operation(T5).The visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain of patients at the above time.Results At Tl,there was no significant difference in MAP,HR and pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).At T2,T3,T4 and T5,the comparison of MAP and HR between in group Q were lower than of group S(P<0.05),and the comparison of VAS score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with group S,it had less influence on hemodynamics during the postoperative period in elderly patients undergoing ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of liver tumors and reduced the occurrence of possible cardiovascular events in group Q.
