低碳视域下皮革企业环境责任分析与实施措施研究

Analysis and Measures of Environmental Responsibility of Leather Enterprises from the Perspective of Low Carbon

随资源禀赋及环境气候的变化,人们越来越认识到保护环境在促进经济可持续发展方面的重要性。我国作为世界第二大碳排放国,如何兼顾二者,实现低碳经济及经济发展的有效融合尤为重要。皮革企业作为污染严重的企业,更应该承担起低碳经济下的环境责任。基于此,本文分别从低碳经济与环境责任的内在联系及皮革企业履行环境责任的可行性出发,从现实的角度提出推动皮革企业承担环境责任的措施,以期能够促进皮革企业的节能减排及绿色发展。

With the change of resource endowment and environmental climate,people are more and more aware of the importance of protecting the environment in promoting sustainable economic development.As the second largest carbon-emitting country in the world,how to balance the two and realize the effective integration of low-carbon economy and economic development is particularly important.As a serious polluting enterprise,leather enterprises should take the environmental responsibility under the low-carbon economy.Based on this,this paper started from the inherent connection between low-carbon economy and environmental responsibility and the feasibility of leather enterprises to fulfill environmental responsibility,and put forward measures to promote leather enterprises to undertake environmental responsibility from a realistic perspective.It is hoped that it can promote the energy saving,emission reduction and green development of leather enterprises.
