摘要
皮革智能排样是皮革切割的关键基础。在控制成本的前提下,借助图像拼接处理技术能够获取皮革母版的轮廓及尺寸,然后进行后续的排样分割。本文详细介绍了皮革图像拼接处理的流程,包括图像的获取、特征值处理等,并说明了图像拼接技术与扫描线法及遗传算法进行皮革智能排样组合的原理及方法,以望为提升皮革企业排版效率、节约原材料成本提供参考。
Intelligent leather nesting is the key basis for leather cutting.With the aid of image stitching,the contours and dimensions of the leather master can be obtained and then subsequently segmented in order to control costsThis paper described in detail the process of leather image stitching,including image acquisition,eigenvalue processing,etc.It also illustrated the principle and method of combining image stitching technology with scanning line method and genetic algorithm for leather intelligent nesting,in the hope of providing reference value for improving the efficiency of leather enterprise nesting and saving raw material cost.
