摘要
为分析体育领域常用的超纤革基布卫生性能,以鞣剂F-90为交联剂,对一种篮球鞋用超纤革基布进行胶原蛋白交联改性并分析其透气性、吸水性等。结果表明:以超纤革基布质量分数计,当胶原蛋白用量为15%,交联剂用量为6%,“交联+改性时间”为4 h,pH值为7时,这种超纤革基布材料的透气性、吸湿性最佳。
In order to analyze the health properties of microfiber leather base cloth commonly used in sports field,a kind of microfiber leather base cloth for basketball shoes was crosslinked by collagen crosslinking and its air permeability and water absorption were analyzed.The results show that the air permeability and moisture absorption of the microfiber leather substrate are the best when the amount of collagen is 15%,the amount of crosslinking agent is 6%,the crosslinking+modification time is 4 h and pH value is 7.
