在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下,中国财政准确把握财政事业发展规律、深刻理解财政理论发展逻辑,坚持稳中求进工作总基调,完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念,致力于发挥财政在国家治理中的基础和重要支柱作用。党的十八大以来,中国财政在统筹脱贫攻坚与乡村全面振兴、统筹生态治理与转变经济发展方式、统筹疫情防控与经济社会发展中积极作为、成效卓著,未来应围绕支撑保障国家重大发展战略和重点目标任务,使财政在全面建设社会主义现代化国家、以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴中作出新的更大贡献。

Under the Guidance of Xi Jinping’s Economic Thought, China’s public finance in the New Era accurately grasps the development rule of the fiscal work, deeply understands the development logic of the fiscal theory, adheres to the general bases of seeking progress in stability, completely, accurately and comprehensively implements the new development concept, and is committed to realizing the basic and important pillar role of public finance in national governance. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China’s finances have been active and effective in coordinating poverty alleviation and overall rural revitalization, coordinating ecological governance and transforming economic development methods, and coordinating epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development. In the future, we should focus on supporting and guaranteeing the country’s major development strategies and key objectives and tasks, so that finance can make new and greater contributions in the comprehensive construction of a socialist modern country and the comprehensive promotion of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization.
