阿奇霉素、氨溴特罗联合肺力咳合剂对支原体感染患儿血常规及CRP水平的影响

Effect of Azithromycin,Ambroxol Combined with Feilike Mixture on Blood Routine and CRP Level in Children with Mycoplasma Infection

目的观察阿奇霉素、氨溴特罗联合肺力咳合剂对支原体感染患儿血常规及CRP水平的影响。方法选取2019年2月-2020年2月我院诊治的76例支原体感染患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用阿奇霉素联合氨溴特罗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合肺力咳合剂治疗,比较两组患儿临床症状消失时间、临床疗效、外周血白细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞计数、CRP水平、中医症状积分以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组咳嗽、发热、气喘、肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的81.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后外周血白细胞计数、嗜酸性粒细胞计数、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症状积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素、氨溴特罗联合肺力咳合剂治疗在支原体感染患儿中具有理想的治疗效果,可改善临床症状,减轻炎症反应,且不增加不良反应发生风险。

Objective To observe the effect of azithromycin and ambroxol combined with Feilike mixture on blood routine and CRP level in children with mycoplasma infection.Methods A total of 76 children with mycoplasma infection diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin combined with ambroxol,and the observation group was treated with Feilike mixture on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,therapeutic effect,peripheral blood leukocyte and eosinophil count,CRP level,TCM symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough,fever,asthma and lung moist rale in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 81.58%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peripheral blood white blood cell count,eosinophil count and CRP level of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin,ambroxol combined with Feilike mixture has an ideal therapeutic effect in children with mycoplasma infection,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction,and do not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
