利普刀治疗宫颈病变的临床疗效及安全性观察

Observation on Clinical Efficacy and Safety of LEEP Knife in the Treatment of Cervical Lesions

目的研究利普刀治疗宫颈病变的临床疗效及安全性。方法以2019年1月-2022年1月武宁县妇幼保健院收治的60例宫颈病变患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组行宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗,观察组应用利普刀治疗。比较两组临床疗效、手术相关指标(手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、阴道排液时间)、术后并发症、复发情况、二次手术情况。结果两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间、术后住院时间及阴道排液时间均短于对照组,且术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);两组术后3个月复发率及二次手术率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利普刀治疗宫颈病变疗效肯定,且手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复快、并发症少,术后复发及二次手术风险均较低。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical lesions.Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,60 patients with cervical lesions admitted to Wuning County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with cervical cold knife conization,and the observation group was treated with LEEP knife.The clinical efficacy,operation-related indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,vaginal discharge time),postoperative complications,recurrence,and secondary surgery were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time,postoperative hospitalization time and vaginal discharge time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate and secondary operation rate between the two groups at 3 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion LEEP knife is effective in the treatment of cervical lesions,with shorter operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,faster postoperative recovery,fewer complications,and lower risk of postoperative recurrence and secondary surgery.
