学龄期自闭症患儿社交适应性与心理推理能力的关系

Relationship between social adaptability and psychological inferential ability of school-age children with autism

目的探讨学龄期自闭症患儿社交适应性与心理推理能力的关系。方法将105例学龄期自闭症患儿作为研究对象,采用儿童适应行为评定量表与孤独症谱系障碍儿童心理推理能力测验评定入组患儿的社交适应性与心理推理能力,根据社交适应性评定结果,将入组患儿分为受损组与对照组,比较两组的一般资料及孤独症谱系障碍儿童心理推理能力测验评分,分析学龄期自闭症患儿社交适应性与心理推理能力的关系。结果入组患儿儿童适应行为评定量表适应能力商数为46分~140分,平均(85.32±8.23)分,其中适应能力商数≥70分41例(设为对照组),<70分64例(设为受损组),自闭症患儿社交适应性受损检出率为60.95%。入组患儿孤独症谱系障碍儿童心理推理能力测验一级错误信念评分为(0.50±0.46)分,二级错误信念评分为(0.45±0.46)分;受损组一级错误信念、二级错误信念评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,学龄期自闭症患儿社交适应性与孤独症谱系障碍儿童心理推理能力测验一级错误信念、二级错误信念呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论学龄期自闭症患儿社交适应性受损情况严重,可能与心理推理能力较低有关,应采取一定的治疗手段进行干预。

Objective To explore the relationship between social adaptability and psychological inferential ability of school-age children with autism.Methods Social adaptability and psychological inferential ability of 105 school-age children with autism were evaluated using the Child Adaptive Behavior Assessment Scale(ABAS)and ToM Tests for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder(ToMTCASD)respectively.According to evaluating results of social adaptability children were divided into impairment and control group,general data and scores on the PIATCASD were compared between two groups,and relationships between social adaptability and psychological inferential ability of school-age children with autism analyzed.Results The ADQ of the children was 46-140,with an average of(85.32±8.23),41 ones had ADQ≥70(assigned to control group),64 did ADQ<70(to impairment group),detection rate of impaired social adaptability in children with autism was 60.95%.Scores on false belief of first-order were(0.50±0.46)and second-order(0.45±0.46);scores on first-order and second-order false beliefs were significantly lower in impairment than in control group(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that social adaptability was significantly related to both the first-order and second-order false beliefs of school-age children with autism(P<0.01).Conclusion The social adaptability of school-age children with autism is seriously impaired,which may be related to the low ability of psychological reasoning,and should be intervened with certain treatment methods.
