电子生物反馈疗法及低频脉冲治疗联合综合康复护理对脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of electronic biofeedback therapy and low frequency pulse combined withcomprehensive rehabilitation nursing on motor function in children with cerebral palsy

摘要 目的探讨电子生物反馈疗法及低频脉冲治疗联合综合康复护理对脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响。方法将80例脑瘫患儿按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。两组均给予常规康复护理,研究组在此基础上给予电子生物反馈疗法及低频脉冲治疗联合综合康复护理。干预前后采用粗大运动功能测试量表评估两组粗大运动功能,采用Berg平衡量表评估两组平衡能力,采用加拿大TT表面肌电评估系统检测肌电信号时域肌电积分值,采用中国幼儿情绪及社会性发展量表评估患儿心理行为变化。结果干预后两组粗大运动功能测试量表各能区评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。干预后两组Berg平衡量表评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后两组腘绳肌、腓肠肌肌电信号时域肌电积分值均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后两组中国幼儿情绪及社会性发展量表的外化行为域、内化行为域、失调域评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后两组中国幼儿情绪及社会性发展量表的能力域评分较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论电子生物反馈疗法及低频脉冲治疗联合综合康复护理可改善脑瘫患儿的肌张力与肌肉收缩协调性,提高患儿粗大运动功能及平衡能力,促进患儿心身健康。 Objective To explore the effect of electronic biofeedback therapy(EBT)and low frequency pulse(LFP)combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing(CRN)on motor function in children with cerebral palsy(CP).Methods A total of 80 CP children were divided into research and control group(n=40 per group)according to random number table.Both groups received routine rehabilitation nursing,on this basis research group was plus the combination of EBT,LFP and CRN.Before and after intervention gross motor functions were assessed with the Gross Motor Function Test scale(GMFM)in CP children,balanced capacities with the Berg Balance Scale(BBS),integral electromyographic(iEMG)of EMG signal time-domain were detected with the Flex Comp Infiniti System,psychological behavior changes assessed with the Chinese Children's Emotional and Social Development Scale(CITSEA).Results After intervention scores on each ergoregion of the GMFM in both groups elevated more significantly compared with pre-intervention(P<0.01)and were higher in research than in control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).After intervention scores on the BBS in both groups elevated more significantly compared with pre-intervention(P<0.01)and were higher in research than in control group(P<0.01).After intervention the iEMGs of hamstring and gastrocnemius muscle signal time-domain in both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre intervention(P<0.01)and were lower in research than control group(P<0.01).After intervention CITSEA's scores on externalized behavioral,internalized behavioral,and dysfunctional domain in both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre-intervention(P<0.01)and were lower in research than control group(P<0.01).After intervention scores on ability domain in both groups elevated more significantly compared with pre-intervention(P<0.01)and were higher in research than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of EBT,LFP and CNI could improve the coordination of muscle tension and muscle contraction,elevate gross motor function and balanced capacity,and promote psychosomatic health of CP children.
