植物雌激素调控牙髓干细胞成骨分化的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来运用骨组织工程技术修复颌面部骨缺损成为口腔再生医学研究的热点。牙髓干细胞DPSCs具备多向分化潜能和较好的自我更新能力,其成骨向分化能力可为骨组织工程提供新的思路。植物雌激素是一类可发挥雌激素样作用的非甾体类化合物,研究发现植物雌激素可作为上调干细胞成骨向分化的天然诱导剂,在促进DPSCs成骨分化方面也具有重要作用。本文就目前植物雌激素调控DPSCs成骨分化的研究进展做一综述。 In recent years,the use of bone tissue engineering technology to repair maxillofacial bone defects has become the focus of oral regenerative medicine research.Dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)have multi-directional differentiation potential and good self-renewal ability,and their osteogenic differentiation ability can provide new ideas for bone tissue engineering.Phytoestrogens are a class of non-steroidal compounds that can exert estrogen-like effects.Studies have found that phytoestrogens can be used as a natural inducer to up-regulate osteogenic differentiation of stem cells and also play an important role in promoting osteogenic differentiation of DPSCs.This article reviews the research progress in the regulation of osteogenic differentiation of DPSCs by phytoestrogens.
