经皮椎体成形术联合复元活血汤对骨质疏松症性胸腰椎骨折患者腰椎功能及骨代谢的影响

The effect of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty Combined with Fuyuan Revitalizing Blood Soup on Lumbar Spine Function and Bone Metabolism in Patients with Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Fractures

目的观察经皮椎体成形术(PVP)联合复元活血汤对骨质疏松症性胸腰椎骨折(OTLF)患者腰椎功能及骨代谢的影响。方法选取医院2020年4月至2021年10月收治的93例OTLF患者,随机分为对照组(47例)和试验组(46例)。对照组采用PVP治疗,试验组采用PVP联合复元活血汤治疗,比较两组腰椎功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分]、骨代谢指标[碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清钙]水平及疼痛程度[数字疼痛分级法(NRS)评分]。结果治疗后,试验组ODI评分、ALP水平、NRS评分均较对照组低,血清钙水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OTLF患者采用PVP联合复元活血汤治疗,可改善腰椎功能与骨代谢,减轻疼痛程度。

Objective The effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)combined with Fuyuan Revitalizing Blood Soup on lumbar spine function and bone metabolism in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures(OTLF)was observed.Methods With selection of 93 OTLF patients admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to October 2021,they were randomly divided into the control group(47 cases)and the study group(46 cases).With the use of PVP treatment in the control group,use of PVP combined with Fuyuan Revitalizing Blood Soup in the study group,the Lumbar spine function[Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)score],bone metabolism indicators[alkaline phosphatase(ALP),serum calcium]levels,and pain level[numerical pain grading method(NRS)score]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the ODI score,ALP level,and NRS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the serum calcium level was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion OTLF patients treated with PVP combined with Fuyuan Revitalizing Blood Soup can improve lumbar spine function and bone metabolism,and reduce the pain levels.
