改进型医用摆药装置在肾内科血液净化护理人员配药过程中的应用效果

Application Effect of Improved Medical Dispensing Device in the Dispensing Process for Nursing Staff with Blood Purification in the Department of Nephrology

目的分析肾内科血液净化护理人员配药过程中应用改进型医用摆药装置的效果。方法选取2019年4月至2022年3月医院从事肾内科血液净化临床护理工作的30名护理人员进行调查,按照药物放置架不同分组,2019年4月至2021年3月期间使用传统药物放置架为对照组,2021年4月至2022年3月期间应用改进型医用摆药装置为观察组,对比两组满意程度及不良事件发生率。结果观察组对配药效率提升、取药归纳方便、层次整齐美观的满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的标记不明显而拿错、空间有限而混放、仓促而取药差错发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进型医用摆药装置用于肾内科血液净化护理人员的配药过程可增强便利性的同时提升配药效率,外在美观性和不良事件控制效果更佳。

Objective The effect of using an improved medical dispensing device in the dispensing process for nursing staff engaged in blood purification in nephrology department of a hospital was analyze d.Methods With selection of 30 nursing staffs engaged in clinical nursing for blood purification in the department of nephrology in a hospital from April 2019 to March 2022 for investigation,the nursing staffs using traditional drug placement racks from April 2019 to March 2021 were divided into the control group and using improved medical dispensing devices from April 2021 to March 2022 were divided into the observation group,according to different drug placement racks.The degree of satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on the improvement of dispensing efficiency,convenient induction of taking medicine,neat and beautiful hierarchy,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The incidence of errors in taking the wrong medication due to inconspicuous labeling,confused placement due to limited space,and hasty taking medication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved medical dispensing device used in the dispensing process for blood purification nursing staffs in the department of nephrology can enhance convenience while improving dispensing efficiency,with better external aesthetics and adverse event control effects.
