鼻窦炎患者术后发生反复鼻出血的相关影响因素

Analysis of Related Influencing Factors of Recurrent Epistaxis in Patients with Sinusitis after Operation

目的分析鼻窦炎患者术后发生反复鼻出血的相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年6月宁德市医院收治的40例术后发生反复鼻出血的鼻窦炎患者病例资料,并纳入发生组;另收集同期医院收治的40例术后未发生反复鼻出血的鼻窦炎患者病例资料,纳入未发生组。记录本次研究所需患者相关资料,经Logistics回归分析鼻窦炎患者术后发生反复鼻出血的相关影响因素。结果发生组合并高血压占比、既往鼻部手术史占比、术后填塞物为凡士林纱条占比高于未发生组,且病程长于未发生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组其他基线资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Logistics回归分析显示,合并高血压、病程长、既往鼻部手术史、术后填塞物为凡士林纱条均为鼻窦炎患者术后发生反复鼻出血的相关影响因素(P<0.05)。结论合并高血压、病程长、既往鼻部手术史、术后填塞物为凡士林纱条是鼻窦炎患者术后发生反复鼻出血的影响因素。

Objective The related influencing factors of recurrent epistaxis in patients with sinusitis after operation were analyzed.Methods With retrospective analysis of the data of 40 patients with sinusitis who suffered from recurrent epistaxis after operation admitted to Ningde Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 and inclusion in the occurrence group,and collection of 40 patients with sinusitis without recurrent epistaxis during the same period and inclusion in the non-occurrence group,by consulting relevant patient data and recording the data required for this study,logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the relevant influencing factors of recurrent epistaxis in patients with sinusitis after operation.Results The proportion of hypertension,the proportion of previous nasal surgery history,and the proportion of vaseline gauze as postoperative filler in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group,and the disease course was longer than that in the nonoccurrence group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in other baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of Logistics regression analysis showed that hypertension,long course of disease,history of previous nasal surgery,and vaseline gauze as postoperative filler were the related influencing factors of recurrent epistaxis in patients with sinusitis after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertension,long course of disease,history of previous nasal surgery and vaseline gauze as postoperative filler are the influencing factors for recurrent epistaxis in patients with sinusitis after operation.
