胃癌组织中SDF-1、TFF3的表达与临床病理特征的相关性

Expression of SDF-1 and TFF3 in Gastric Cancer Associated with Clinicopathological Features

目的观察胃癌组织中基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF-1)、三叶因子(TFF3)的表达,分析二者与胃癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。方法纳入2020年1月至2022年1月许昌市中心医院收治的112例胃癌患者为研究对象,进行前瞻性研究,所有患者均接受病理组织学检测,观察胃癌组织、癌旁组织及正常胃黏膜组织SDF-1、TFF3表达情况,并分析二者与胃癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果胃癌组织中SDF-1、TFF3阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,癌旁组织中SDF-1、TFF3阳性表达率高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05);SDF-1、TFF3阳性患者胃癌分化程度、临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况与SDF-1、TFF3阴性患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Mantel-Haenszel卡方检验结果显示,SDF-1、TFF3表达与胃癌分化程度、临床分期、浸润深度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05);经Phi系数分析,结果显示,SDF-1、TFF3表达与胃癌淋巴结转移呈正相关(Phi>0,P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中SDF-1、TFF3阳性表达率较高,且二者表达与胃癌分化程度、临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈正相关。

Objective To observe the expression of stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1)and trefoil factor family(TFF3)in gastric cancer and analyze their correlation with clinicopathological features of gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 112 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were included in the prospective study.The expression of SDF-1 and TFF3 in gastric cancer,adjacent tissues and normal gastric mucosa was detected by immunohistochemical staining,and correlation between them and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer patients was analyzed.Results Compared with adjacent tissues,the positive expression rate of SDF-1 and TFF3 in gastric cancer tissues was higher.The positive expression rate of SDF-1 and TFF3 in adjacent tissues was higher than normal gastric mucosa tissues(P<0.05).The degree of differentiation,clinical stage,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer in SDF-1/TFF3 positive patients were different from those in SDF-1/TFF3 negative patients(P<0.05).Mantel-Haenszel chi square test showed that the expression of SDF-1 and TFF3 was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation,clinical stage and depth of invasion of gastric cancer(r>0,P<0.05).The results of Phi coefficient analysis showed that the expression of SDF-1 and TFF3 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer(Phi>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of SDF-1 and TFF3 in gastric cancer is high,and the expression of SDF-1 and TFF3 is positively correlated with the degree of differentiation,clinical stage,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
