可膨胀石墨对AP/HTPB药剂红外性能影响研究

摘要 为了提高AP/HTPB药剂红外辐射能量并调节红外光谱,使用化学氧化法制备了几种不同插层的可膨胀石墨,将不同插层的可膨胀石墨分别添加到AP/HTPB药剂中制成药柱样品,借助SR 5000N型红外辐射计与FLIR红外热像仪对样品的燃烧辐射性能进行测试研究。结果表明:不同插层可膨胀石墨均可显著提高AP/HTPB样品的红外辐射性能,以高氯酸与乙酸混酸为插层的可膨胀石墨对样品红外性能的提升效果最明显,近红外(1.29~3.00μm)辐射能量提升383%,中红外(3~5μm)辐射能量提升50%,远红外(8~14μm)辐射能量提升284%,可膨胀石墨有效调节了红外光谱。 In order to improve the infrared radiation energy of AP/HTPB agents and adjust the infrared spectrum,several different intercalation layers of expandable graphite were prepared using chemical oxidation method,and the expandable graphite with different intercalation layers was added respectively to AP/HTPB agents to make grain samples for testing.The combustion radiation properties of the samples were investigated with the help of SR5000N infrared radiometer and FLIR infrared thermometer.The results show that different intercalation layers of expandable graphite can significantly improve the infrared radiation performance of AP/HTPB samples,and the expandable graphite with mixed acid of perchloric acid and acetic acid as the intercalation layer has the most obvious effect.Near-infrared(1.29~3.00μm)radiation energy is enhanced by 383%,mid-infrared(3~5μm)radiation energy is enhanced by 50%,and far infrared(8~14μm)radiation energy is enhanced by 284%,which indicate expandable graphite adjust the infrared spectrum effectively.
