小孔排距网路中数码电子雷管的易损因素探究

摘要 为探究小孔排距网路中数码电子雷管的易损因素,通过发火-瞎火试验对比研究了经霍普金森杆冲击的数码电子雷管和普通导爆管雷管的抗冲击性;基于井巷小断面经典工况、ALE和Lagraner算法模型构建了数码电子雷管小孔排距网路工况模型,采用LS-DYNA软件对起爆点分别位于药柱中部和底部的爆炸历程和应力分布进行了模拟。结果表明:导致数码电子雷管在小孔排距网路中易损坏的主要因素是其电子控制模块抗冲击能力弱,通电后电子控制模块的抗冲击能力降低至通电前的2/5~1/2;将后爆炮孔的数码电子雷管置于前爆炮孔的适当位置,能有效降低其受到的冲击。 In order to explore the vulnerability factors of digital electronic detonators in small hole spacing network,the impact resistance of digital electronic detonator and ordinary nonel detonator impacted by Hopkinson bar were contrastive studied through ignition and misfire test.Based on classical working condition model of small section of roadway,ALE and Lagraner algorithm,the working condition model of digital electronic detonator in small hole spacing network was constructed.And the LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the explosion process and stress distribution with the initiation point located in the middle and bottom of the grain respectively.The results show that the weak impact resistance of electronic control module of the digital electronic detonator is the main reason for its damage in the small hole spacing network.After being energized,the impact resistance of the electronic control module decreases to 2/5~1/2 of that before energization.When the digital electronic detonator of the rear blasting hole is located in the appropriate position of the forward blasting hole,the impact effect of the digital electronic detonator can be effectively reduced.
