含异氰酸酯基团单体改性粘接剂对根管牙本质粘接耐久性影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价一种新型牙本质反应性单体(异氰酸酯-氨基甲酸-甲基丙烯酸酯单体,UMP)对根管牙本质粘接性能的影响。方法:合成并表征UMP单体,并将其添加至全酸蚀粘接剂Single Bond2(SB2)中,配制100 mg/L和300 mg/L的改性粘接剂,分别设为实验组A和B,对照组为SB2商品粘接剂,分别用于根管纤维桩的粘接(n=10)。通过即刻和老化处理后的薄片推出实验和断裂模式分析评价粘接强度和耐久性。结果:全反射红外光谱显示合成的目标单体符合化学式结构要求;薄片推出实验结果显示老化前的两个实验组的粘接强度与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),老化处理后的实验组的粘接强度均比对照组有显著性提高(P<0.05);断裂模式分析表明老化后的对照组中粘接界面断裂试件数量比实验组明显增多。结论:含有100 mg/L和300 mg/L的UMP改性全酸蚀粘接剂可以在相似程度上提升根管牙本质粘接的耐久性。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of a new dentin reactive monomer(isocyanate-terminated urethane methacrylate prepolymer,UMP)on the adhesive properties to root canal dentin.Methods:UMP monomer was synthesized and characterized,and was added to the adhesive Single Bond 2(SB2).Modified adhesions with UMP of 100 mg/L and 300 mg/L were respectively prepared,which were set as experimental group A and B,and the control group was SB2 adhesive.The adhesives were used to bond fiber post to root canal dentin(n=10).The bonding strength and durability were evaluated by push-out test and fracture mode analysis immediately after bonding and after aging treatment following aging respectively.Results:As shown in infrared spectra,the synthesized target monomer met the requirement of chemical formula structure.The bonding strength of the 2 experimental groups was not significantly different from that of the control group before aging(P>0.05).The bonding strength of the experimental group after aging treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Fracture mode analysis showed that the fracture mode of bonding interface in the control group after aging was more than that in the experimental group.Conclusion:UMP modified etch-and-rinse adhesive SB2 with UMP of 100 mg/L or 300 mg/L can improve the durability of root canal dentin adhesion to a similar extent.
