采煤机摇臂振动传感器优化布置方法的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 振动传感器系统作为健康监测系统的首要环节,其性能直接决定监测结果的准确性,采煤机复杂的结构与严苛的工作环境对振动传感器的优化布置问题带来了更大的难度。通过对振动传感器优化布置准则、优化方法、布置方案评价准则的研究现状进行评述,指出了采煤机振动传感器优化布置存在的主要问题,并展望了未来采煤机振动传感器优化布置方法的研究方向。 As the primary link of the health monitoring system,the performance of the vibration sensor system directly determines the accuracy of the monitoring results.The complex structure of the shearer and the harsh working environment have brought greater difficulties to the optimal layout of the vibration sensor.By reviewing the research status of the optimal layout criteria,optimization methods and evaluation criteria of the layout scheme of the vibration sensors,the main problems of the optimal layout of the vibration sensors of the shearer were pointed out,and the research direction of the optimal layout methods of the vibration sensors of the shearer in the future was prospected.
