摘要 针对煤矿矿灯视频文件传输不稳定、海量视频管理单一、信息封闭、视频量大及关键信息无法快速查看等现象,基于自适应视频关键图片提取和人员定位技术,设计和构建了一种有限带宽条件下井下视频传输方法以及具有时间刻度的视频快速索引模型,将井下矿灯的音视频实时通信、人员定位信息与矿灯视频内容进行融合,实现视频快速检索查看。 In view of the unstable transmission of video files of coal mine miner's lamp,the single management of massive video,the closed information,the large amount of video and the inability to view key information quickly,based on the adaptive video key picture extraction and personnel positioning technology,a method of underground video transmission with limited bandwidth and a fast indexing model of video with time scale were designed and constructed.The real-time communication of audio,video of underground miner's lamp and the personnel positioning information was integrated with the miner's lamp video content to realize fast video retrieval and viewing.
