摘要
为研究污泥在燃煤机组的耦合焚烧发电工艺,以某50MW热电联产燃煤机组耦合污泥焚烧工程为研究对象,开展污泥泥质特性分析以及干化焚烧实验。根据实验所得的原始排放数据分析,利用电厂现有烟气处理系统可以确保耦合焚烧污泥后烟气达标排放。采用间接污泥干化方式,并充分考虑污泥进厂、输送、贮存和干化各流程的污染物控制措施,可以防止臭气外溢。依托50 MW燃煤机组已有的锅炉及烟气净化处理设备耦合处置污泥,污泥规模200 t/d。将含水率75%的入厂污泥干化至含水率40%左右后入炉掺烧,单台锅炉入炉污泥占总锅炉燃料质量的4.63%,根据焚烧系统影响分析,污泥掺烧对原有燃煤锅炉运行影响小,同时充分利用燃煤机组已有设备,可以大幅缩短建设周期。
In order to study the co-combustion power generation process of sludge in coalfired units,a 50 MW cogeneration coal-fired unit coupled sludge incineration project was taken as the research object to carry out sludge characteristics analysis and drying incineration experiments.According to the analysis of the original emission data obtained from the experiment,the use of the existing flue gas treatment system of the power plant can ensure that the flue gas emission after the coupling incinerationᦇof sludge can meet the standard.The odor can be prevented from overflowing by adopting the indirect sludge drying method and taking full consideration of the pollutant control measures in the processes of sludge entry,transportation,storage and drying.Relying on the existing boiler and flue gas purification and treatment equipment of 50MW coal-fired unit to dispose sludge,the sludge scale is 200 t/d.The incoming sludge with water content of 75%is dired to about 40%and then mixed into the boiler for combustion.The sludge for a single boiler accounts for 4.63%of the total fuel weight.According to the impact analysis of the incineration system,the sludge cocombustion has little impact on the operation of the original coal-fired boiler.At the same time,fully utilizing the existing equipmentᦆof the coal-fired unit can greatly shorten the construction period.
