摘要
隧道作为半密闭空间,机动车在行驶过程中排出的CO、NO_(2)等有害气体,将在隧道空间内沉积富集,对车辆行车安全、乘客的身体健康产生不利影响。对于中、长隧道而言,通常采用射流风机主动排风的方式降低有害气体浓度。通风环境监测设施作为主动排风系统的前端设备,其监测精度将直接影响射流风机的运行功率,进而影响隧道内有害气体的排出效率。经对现有公路隧道不完全抽样调查,发现目前通风环境监测设施安装位置所测量数据或不能代表隧道内的实际环境情况。为进一步研究通风环境监测设施在隧道内的最优布置位置及数据修正方式,以大梁山特长公路隧道为例,通过有限元模拟、比尺模型试验、现场实地采样等方式方法对环境监测设施展开研究,提出环境监测设施的最优布置位置及数据修正方式,对隧道环境监测设计有一定指导意义。
The semi enclosed-space tunnel will deposit and enrich harmful gases when CO、NO_(2)emits during the driving of motor vehicles,this will have adverse effects on vehicle driving safety and passengers’health.The medium and long tunnels usually use jet fans to exhaust air to reduce the concentration of harmful gases.The front-end equipment of exhausting system using the ventilation environment monitoring facilities can directly affect the operating power of jet fans,so that the exhausting efficiency of harmful gases in the tunnel is improved.Through incomplete sampling survey of existing highway tunnels,it is found that the data measured at the installation location of ventilation environment monitoring facilities at present does not represent the actual environment in the tunnel.In order to further study the optimal location of ventilation environment monitoring facilities in the tunnel and the methods of data correcting,taking the Daliang Mountain extra long highway tunnel as an example,finite element simulation,scale model test on site sampling and other methods are used to study the environmental monitoring facilities.The study proposes the optimal location of environmental monitoring facilities and the data correcting methods,so that some certain guiding significance for the design of tunnel environmental monitoring is obtained.
