摘要
为了探究6种植物精油的抗肿瘤活性,选择6种柏科植物——日本花柏(Chamaecyparis pisifera)、日本扁柏(C.obtusa)、细叶花柏(C.pisifera Plumoso)、台湾扁柏(C.obtusa var.formosana)、罗汉柏(Thujopsis dolabrata)和日本冷杉(Abies firma)作为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏技术提取植物精油,以植物精油作为油相,以吐温80为表面活性剂、乙醇为助表面活性剂制备O/W型微乳体系。采用MTT比色法检测6种精油对HepG2、A549和U937等3株肿瘤细胞株的增殖抑制作用。实验结果显示:6种精油对HepG2、A549和U937肿瘤细胞株的增殖均显示抑制作用,其中日本扁柏叶精油抑制3株肿瘤细胞的增殖作用比较明显。因此,6种植物精油具有较强的抗肿瘤活性,具有潜在的开发应用价值。
To investigate anti-tumor activity of the essential oils from 6 plants,six plants including Chamaecyparis pisifera.C.obtusa.C.pisifera Plumoso.C.obtusa var.Formosana had been chosen.Thujopsis dolabrata and Abies firma were used as raw materials,essential oil was extracted by steam distillation.The O/W microemulsion system was prepared with plant essential oil as oil phase,Tween 80 as surfactant and ethanol as cosurfactant.MTT assay was used to investigate the inhibitory effect of essential oils on the proliferation of HepG2,A549 and U937 cell liness.The results showed that the six essential oils had inhibitory effects on the proliferation of HepG2,A549 and U937 tumor cell lines,among which the essential oil from C.obtusa had a better inhibitory effect on the three cells significantly.Therefore,6 kinds of plant essential oils have anti-tumor activity and potential development and application value.
