“以学生为中心”的护理研究课程学业评价体系构建

摘要 以往护理研究课程评价以他评为主,评价方式较为单一,评价内容过分强调理论知识,常常忽视情感价值观的培养。本研究以多元智能理论为指导,基于线上线下混合式教学平台,融入思政元素,构建了“以学生为中心”,评价主体、评价方式及评价指标多元化的护理研究课程学业评价体系,其中,评价指标包括专业知识、科研能力、创新发展素质、职业道德素养4个一级指标和16个二级指标。该学业评价体系,有利于护理学专业学生自主学习能力、团队合作能力、科研创新意识和职业道德等综合素质培养。 For the academic evaluation of nursing research course,teachers’evaluation used to be the only evaluation subject,final examination used to be the only evaluation methods,and the evaluation content focused on theoretical knowledge,overlooking the cultivation of professional moral quality.Based on multiple intelligence theory,online and offline mixed teaching method,with the ideological and political content being integrated into the nursing research course,the study constructed a“student-centered”academic evaluation system with multiple evaluation subjects,multiple evaluation methods,and multiple evaluation index for nursing research course.In the multiple evaluation index system,16 second l level indexes,and 4 first level indexes including professional knowledge,research ability,innovation and development quality,and professional mortal quality.This academic evaluation system is conducive to improving students’self-regulation ability,teamwork ability,and research ability,professional moral quality,and so on.
