丽水市乡村体育教师专业发展支持路径研究

摘要 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理分析法对丽水市乡村体育教师专业发展现状和支持路径进行研究,结果表明:丽水市乡村体育教师专业发展受到个人知识结构不合理、专业发展能力不足和专业发展意识淡薄等因素的限制,主要影响因素为社会、学校、个人层面原因和培训机制不完善。丽水市乡村体育教师专业发展的支持路径包括:以社会支持理论为基础,获得政府、社会力量、学校自身和高校的支持;建立学习共同体;激发乡村体育教师专业发展的内生动力。 Using the methods of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical analysis,this paper studies the current situation and the support path of the professional development of rural PE teachers in Lishui city.The results show that the professional development of rural PE teachers in the city is subject to the restriction of the factors like the inadequacy of personal knowledge structure,the incompetence to pursue their professional development and the lack of the awareness to pursue professional development.Underlying these factors are causes resulted from social,school,personal level as well as the imperfect training mechanism.The paths for their professional development include the support from government,social sectors,schools and colleges,based on the theory of social support,the learning communities established for them,and the strong?endogenous?motivation aroused in them.
