柳红芳教授治疗甲状腺良性结节的处方配伍规律研究

Study on prescription compatibility rule of Professor Liu Hongfang in treatment of benign thyroid nodules

目的 总结柳红芳教授治疗甲状腺良性结节处方配伍规律。方法 回顾性分析柳红芳教授治疗甲状腺良性结节的3 302首处方,统计中药使用频次、类别、性味归经及关联规则,运用相似性网络技术分析处方配伍规律。结果 使用频次前5味中药为柴胡、茯苓、白芍、白术、熟地黄。药性以寒、温、平为主,药味以苦、甘、辛为主,归经以脾、肝、肺、肾为主。得到中药关联规则15条。获得14个复杂网络社团类方,提取占比高的前7个社团的特征中药并绘制venn图,得到基本处方为柴胡、茯苓、白术、白芍、甘草。结论 柳红芳教授以疏肝、健脾、养血为出发点,早期肝郁气滞,以理气为要,调畅少阳,且肝体用相依,故气血同调;后期痰瘀互阻,瘿积渐成,故软坚散结,通散郁痰瘀结;病久因实致虚,脾肾易损,故祛邪不忘扶正,肝脾肾三脏同补。

Objective Toexplorer the compatibility rules of Professor Liu's traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) prescriptions for treatment of benign thyroid nodules. Methods Collect Professor Liu's 3 302 prescriptions,count use frequency, category, nature, taste, meridian and association rules of TCM, use similarity networktechnology to analyze prescription rules for treating of benign thyroid nodules. Results The top 5 medicineswerebupleuri radix, poria, paeoniae radix alba, atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma and rehmanniae radixpraeparata. Cold, warm and mild were the mainly narures of medicines.Bitter, sweet and pungent weremainly flavors.Spleen, liver, lung and kidney were mainly channel tropisms. 15 TCM association ruleswere obtained.Build a network of prescriptions and obtain 14 groups of prescriptions, extract the characteristicTCM of top 7 communities, drawVenn map of TCM with the above community characteristics.The research got the basic prescription: bupleuri radix, poria, atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma, paeoniaeradix alba and glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma. Conclusion Professor Liu's soothes liver, strengthenes spleen and nourishes blood.In the early stage,it is necessary to regulate and smooth liver,Qi and Shaoyang,Yin and Yang of liver depend on each other,so it needs to be adjusted synchronously.In the next stage,theresearch should be paid to dissipating Qi stagnation,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and accumulation.Deficiency of spleen and kidney due to a long illness was caused by excess forsupporting healthy Qi.
